The interview still remains one of the main methods for collecting information within the organization. In most organizations it is employed as part of the recruitment process, performance appraisal system, counseling or in grievance and disciplinary settings.
However in most organizations very little effective interviewing skills training is provided to employees. This course is designed to prepare individuals and trainers to introduce effective interviewing skills within any organization.
